These terms apply to anyone who contacts, books a consultation with, or is treated through Biberie Clinic ("Biberie", "we", "us"), Şişli, Istanbul. By submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation, you agree to the terms below.

Who we are

Biberie Clinic coordinates hair restoration and plastic surgery procedures performed by board-certified partner surgeons and specialists in accredited partner hospitals in Istanbul. Biberie's role is patient coordination — consultation scheduling, treatment planning, logistics, and aftercare follow-up — carried out under the clinical supervision of the relevant partner surgeon.

Consultations and quotes

Initial guidance provided online or by phone, based on photos or descriptions you share, is preliminary. A definitive treatment plan, technique, and price are confirmed only after an in-person or video consultation with the relevant medical professional. Quoted prices are valid for a limited period and may vary based on your individual case as assessed by the surgeon.

Medical disclaimer

All surgical and hair restoration procedures carry inherent medical risk. While every partner surgeon in our network is board-certified and reviewed for clinical outcomes, Biberie cannot guarantee a specific aesthetic result, as outcomes depend on individual biology, healing, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice; it is general information only.

Scheduling and cancellations

Consultation and procedure dates are confirmed directly with your assigned coordinator. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible so we can adjust surgical and travel arrangements accordingly.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical history and current medications when asked
• Follow pre- and post-procedure instructions given by the clinical team
• Disclose any condition that could affect anaesthesia or healing

Liability

Surgical procedures are performed by independent, board-certified partner surgeons in accredited hospital facilities. Biberie's liability is limited to its role in coordinating your care; clinical responsibility for procedures performed rests with the treating surgeon and hospital, in accordance with Turkish medical regulations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
